Jay Chamunda Industries started its work with a simple focus — make conveyor parts that actually run properly in real plant conditions. Not just on paper, not just in drawings. Real machines, real load, real working hours.
We have been manufacturing idlers, rollers, drum pulleys, conveyor systems, and gearboxes for more than 10 years. Along with that, we have handled job work in cement plants, power plants, paper mills, mines, fertilizers, chemicals, and other industries. Government and semi-government projects are also part of our experience.
Material handling systems look simple from outside. In actual use, small issues create big problems. A weak roller, improper alignment, or poor gearbox selection can stop the entire line. We have seen this on site. That’s why we don’t take conveyor parts lightly.
We focus on making parts that can run for long time without frequent failure. Not perfect, but practical and reliable.

We don’t believe every application needs a fancy design. Many times, simple design with proper material works better. So we first understand where the part will be used.
Then there's the matter of load, speed, and environment. Dust, heat, moisture — all affect performance. Based on that, we suggest material, size, and type.
We can manufacture as per standard sizes or custom requirement. No issue there.
We don’t claim everything is perfect. But we keep things clear.
Beyond that, we know breakdown cost is high for any plant. So parts we supply should reduce that risk, not add to it.
We don’t chase volume blindly. If requirement is clear, we deliver better. If requirement is unclear, we ask questions first.
It’s also worth noting that many failures happen due to wrong selection, not just poor quality. So we try to guide where possible. Final decision stays with client.
We want to build long-term working relations with industries where repeat supply matters. One-time supply doesn’t help anyone.
