Then there's the matter of impact absorption. We use rubber disc or ring type arrangement over roller to reduce shock. This helps in protecting belt from direct hit of material.

Frame strength also matters. If frame is weak, alignment gets disturbed under load. So we keep structure stable and properly welded.

Material Selection and Strength

Impact idler set works under repeated load. If raw material is not suitable, roller or frame may fail early.

We use proper grade steel for pipe, shaft, and frame. Rubber components are selected to handle continuous impact without breaking or deforming.

Not overly complex, but strong enough for working condition.

Accuracy and Alignment

Even small misalignment can cause belt tracking issue. That leads to uneven wear and system disturbance.

We maintain correct spacing, angle, and alignment of rollers in idler set. Rotation is checked before dispatch to avoid on-site problems.
